I have been going here for years for tire rotation, tire purchases, oil changes, brake replacement, tire pressure sensor replacement etc. Every service they provided is fantastic. Even the people who change your oil have to be certified mechanics. This is my car service place. Russell the manager is awesome!

I'm safe now because of Jody. He just seriously went above and beyond for me. I know nothing about tires other how to have them fixed or replaced professionally. And Jody just helped me with my bike tires which, because were on wrong almost literally killed me ( My bike tires. He took the time,helped make them rite.now I'm safe. Thanks Big O and Jody

I've been going to big O for a number of years, and they do good work which they stand by. In that time I've had only one issue, and they took really great care of me. I'll keep coming back for sure.

I took my car in for tires 11,000 miles ago. The tires they installed were down to the cords and bald. They had a 30,000 mile warranty. When they were installed they told me my alignment was off. So I had them do an alignment on the car. They insisted like every shop “we have a great alignment tech”. The tires are worn heavily on the inside tread with much less wear on the outside. I was asked to take pictures to try to get the warranty covered. At which point I discovered the technician left his 5/8 inch end wrench on a suspension bolt. The scary part is that it’s a European car with metric bolts. It’s obvious a poor alignment from them wore the tires out prematurely. I have had this car for five years and it has never worn tires like this before. I received zero help from Michelin in the tires and zero help to realign my car. I was told it left here perfect by our expert technician. The same one that left his wrench hooked to a bolt and uses standard wrenches on a metric car. Stay away and find a real shop to do your alignment. See if you can find the wrench in the photo.
